The phone was functional but was missing parts such as the little hook tab that holds the receiver when hanging it on the wall. Also the phone was disgustingly dirty with dirty ear wax all over the earpiece of receiver and phone generally dirty. One would think you would at least wipe the phone down before selling it. 10 minutes of scrubbing with Clorox wipes cleaned it up for my Mom. So disappointing.

sorry for the challenges but you should have sent it back for a refund or atleast talked to me before doing a neg feedback as that says I refused to help you. I have never not taken care of a buyer with any challenge they had. Thias was an item we sold for someone else so were not aware of any missing parts or the condition..
