Cutting Edge Creations specialises in beautiful handmade wooden furniture which we make with care in our countryside workshop.

Run by husband and wife team Dan and Sam. Dan is a carpenter and joiner with many years of experience and Sam brings order to his creative vision.

We have operated for years on Etsy so are a well established business, we also throw in the occasional country show when we have time!

Arrived battered like it had been used as a football covered in brown box tape completey unprofessional tatty packaging sent photos back to seller no response so either they sent the package like that or the driver had opened it and resealed it as I have had loads of deliveries go missing and damaged by Evri lately but seeing no explanation from anybody can assume the worst won't be using Evri again if possible it's a good job this vase was plastic or it would have been smashed to pieces.

We of course do not send packages out battered and beaten up, at times as we are all aware couriers are not exactly careful with packages but because we package things so well it took this battering and the product was unharmed, if anything this is a job well done for packing it so well it stood up to this treatment. Also I did replay twice in fact.

Still haven't received it. Contacted the seller and they said I will get it but according to the tracking number....nothing. It's way over the delivery time. I'm sick of sellers promoting their fast delivery and then...NOTHING

I am sorry seems like Evri have had some kind of issue but I can not see any messages from you anywhere , regardless I have remade and reshipped your order . Sorry for the issues with this and your replacement will be with you within 2 days
