The seller also responded to my concern when the tracking information had not been updated and very cordial. Of special note: the item was even double-boxed, with each box cushion-wrapped with fragile on the outer box in several places. They even included an envelope that I haven’t had time to open because I wanted to post this review. They have a perfect rating and a great selection of typewriters, too.
