Wow....what can i say? The item came and arrived to the U.S in like 4 days from Italy. The shipping was super fast and the item was absolutely perfect and works exactly how I need it to! Very good customer service from the vendor. Not their fault that it was stopped at customs in UK and had to pay prohibitive tax on it !. Seems perfectly all right. Thank you.

Très belle table à repasser mais il y a eu un problème avec la personne qui devait la livrer à domicile et qui n’est pas venu mais la déposé dans un relais trop loin pour nous qui sommes âgées alors que nous étions avec la dame de ménage ??
