Useful item which fits neatly on the bookshelf and houses Sharpies and Posca pens easily. I painted the finished article with blackboard paint and it looks respectable. Had to fathom out a sequence for gluing the pieces together but this was relatively straightforward using a couple of elastic bands and a couple of woodworking clamps. The pieces fit very well together so that when the item is assembled it feels quite solid. Would recommend.....
