I have two product lines, one line is Ready in Stock and are handled and shipped within 3 days, but are mostly in ring size 7. It cost $4 each extra to get it resized if you need other sizes than the listed size. I'm also trying to list them on ebay.ca so they are separated from MTO item below.
The other line is Make to Order (listings with MTO in title), and is handled and shipped within 7 to 10 days, but can be made with different ring sizes. It does cost $1 or $2 extra if you go size up. You need to let me know the size needed ahead so I can add a new SKU, in order not to mixed up the sizes.
