The phone was brand new in its original packaging everything was as described.
Unfortunately it was an internal use only model so I had to return it. The seller was very understanding and I don't blame the seller for the issue. No way the seller could have known it was a demonstrator model as it was unused.
Seller was very understanding and cooperative once we made them aware of the situation.
Despite having to return the phone for these reasons I would highly recommend this sellerr

before purchasing the device I verified with seller whether the device is actually "brand new" or not. Seller ensured me that the device is new. It's a Verizon phone with T-Mobile software. Visible traces of use / repair around the corners. Device came with full charged battery which is non-realistic for a 3 years old device. IMEI of the device is not recognizable also. I guess we can cross out every possible scenario this phone was new. I'm well aware seller will try to prove I'm malicious, but

When the order was first sent out, the buyer contacted us before they had received the parcel to say there was a problem with the phone and they needed a refund. After the buyer received the parcel, I kept contacting the buyer that we have a free return policy but the buyer was not willing to return it either. The buyer only wanted a refund but not a return.
