This Seller sent me an obviously damaged and busted mandolin. Offered me a robotic excuse for ‘missing’ the hole and heavily depressed broken bout. Their answer below will certainly be “We offered our sincere apology but Buyer was …blah!” They offered to refund me. Offered?? As if they were doing me a favour. The P.O. is miles away. I pointed that out, they ‘offered’ to have a courier collect it, without proof of postage of course. They also owe me for a £12 set of strings. Worst Ebayer.😡👎🏻
