We shipped your item the day it was ordered but unfortunately we have no control over the US Postal Service. The reason we have not gotten back with you before today is because you sent messages over the weekend when we were closed. This morning we will be contacting USPS on your behalf, we will update you with any information we receive. In the meantime the item is still on the way to you, you can follow the progress with the tracking number that was provided to you when you placed the order.
