Item received however packaging was damaged, unfortunately the seller didn’t really want to know unless the hassle of a return was made therefore the neutral feedback.

Slightly misleading feedback - we responded quickly and communicated with you extensively.
The listing clearly states that buyers should contact us if a mint box is required. We had no contact from them around box condition.
Despite this we immediately said that we would happily accept a return. Unfortunately the buyer was only interested in getting a discount, which we politely explained, is something that we don't offer for minor damage to item packaging.
