We got the item pretty quickly after ordering, however it seems to be rather tight when putting it on the 4x4 frame, Im worried this will rip after a few uses. Please let us know there is a warranty or if we can return this item

Please install by grommets with ropes instead of 4-corner bungees.
This grid provides two ways installation for bit different size 4x4ft frames:
--- 120x120cm Frame fits perfectly with 4-corner bungees;
--- 122x122cm Frame fits grommets with ropes instead, corner-bungees would be too tight.
