Ordered Qty 2 KVM switches. 1st one tested good the 2nd was DOA. Contacted seller and asked since he state he had qty 4 if you could send me out a replacement for the non-functional unit. He said no problem and shipped one out the same day. Got the replacement and it worked great. Seller was quick and great at replacing the defective unit. Just what you want when buying on ebay
