I ordered this footstool and when it arrived I found it to be too small for the room (live in a Victorian house with high ceilings). I contacted the seller who was more that happy to receive back and make me a custom sized stool. The seller was is constant contact with me to update me on my re-order which was very welcome. The new stool arrived and it is absolutely perfect! The velvet colour and touch is just beautiful and it finishes off the room amazingly. I would highly recommend this seller!
