Authentic
I was disappointed when this book arrived due to it's size, 6"x5". The print is very small and light. However, there are nice quality photos of each dish. The recipes are authentic and call for easily attainable ingredients. The spine is very sturdy and the book stays open laying flat or on a book stand. If you enjoy cooking authentic Indian you'll appreciate this little gem.

This set is very sturdy and well made. They grind easily and smoothly, very important to someone with arthritis. After my first use I ordered another set to keep by the stove.

Love these shoes! Not as clunky "earthy" shaped as some of the Vionic styles. I'll buy in other colors.
