As I explained to you when I refunded the full amount immediately, I made an honest mistake. I was in the process of packing my home to move cross-country, and I was selling 5 pairs of high end shoes concurrently. When you bid, I immediately set "a pair" aside. But I grabbed the wrong pair of Manolo's, which means I sent you the wrong pair and mistakenly delivered the item for sale to a women's group! I apologized profusely and refunded your money immediately, but evidently that is not enough.
