We are a family of collectors from Poland. We collect vinyl records, CDs and DVDs, matchbox labels, paintings and phone cards.
My dad started collecting labels at the age of 7. Over the course of 60 years of collecting, we have managed to complete a huge collection containing matchbox labels primarily from Poland and its territories under partition (Russia, Prussia, Austria) but also from the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In addition, we also have smaller collections from other countries: Sweden, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Finland, Estonia, Latvia.
Scope of the matchbox labels collection:
- Poland (1858 - present day)
sizes: type Z (from box), PACKET, GROSS
types: standard, books, cabinet, fireplace, metal, club, export, trial, production errors, boxes, official and uncataloged
- Czechoslovakia (1918 - circa 1985)
sizes: Z (krabička), PACKET, GROSS
types: standard, export, booklet, sheets, boxes, complete albums.
