Spent lots of time buying this item only to have it not arrive. Supposedly sent 48 hour Royal Mail tracked delivery but never arrived and seller could not provide a tracking number. We were at home every day for deliveries every day so there is no way we could have missed the delivery and we know our postman really well so checked with him every day. Not the first time this has happened unfortunately with this seller. Very disappointing as item was needed urgently and caused inconvenience.
