This was supposed be an engine that “runs mint”
The engine was locked up and would not turn over. We even tried with a cheater bar on the crank shaft nut. It had water and rust in the in the intake next to the turbo. The intake was crusty with rust and dirt.
The seller said that you can’t turn the engine over with the nut but that’s actually how mechanics set the timing for the injectors.
They took the engine back and were able to get it freed up and cranked for about 10 seconds and it smoked

We started this engine on fuel as soon as it was returned to us and uploaded a video on youtube of the entire process. This is completely false. If anyone reading this would like to see the video, contact us and we will send you a youtube link.

Waited weeks after paying. Never got the engine. Said it was lost in shipping🤷♂️. They don’t respond back and they don’t answer your phone calls. I did however get a refund on the money after weeks of no response and the around. My opinion: they already sold it and had it listed still. In other words selling something they didn’t have anymore.

Yes, the freight company lost this engine in transit. We refunded your money in full because the engine did not come back to us, nor could we find you a suitable replacement. I wish you would consider revising this as we are the only ones out any money on this deal, you were made whole as soon as you requested a refund. We lost the order and the engine.

WE JUST DID NT THINK THEIR WAS ANY DIFFERENCE IN THE BLOCKS,JUST THIS WAS A NEWER ENGINE,EVERYTHING ELSE FIT PERFECT.THE THING WAS GOING INTO A L455 NEW HOLLAND SKID LOADER,EITHER ONE OF US WOULD HAVE KNOWEN THE SLIGHT DIFFERENCE IN THE BELL HOUSINGS.WE MACHINED WHAT WE HAD TO MAKE IT FIT,ALL IS FINE WITH US NOW ! NO HARD FEELINGS ON OUR PART,IF WE EVER NEED ANOTHER USED ENGINE WE LL STILL LOOK YOU UP ,THANKS !
