However the item was fantastic and well worth purchasing! Great quality and the team were always on hand when I did call.

I have not received any notifications or updates with delivery dates/timescales. I have had to chase the seller several times. They promise to ring me back with delivery timescales but do not ring me back. This item still hasn’t arrived. I am very disappointed with the communication provided by Osprey.

After I cancelled the seller sent a sacarastic message as if they were somehow the victim. I wouldn't advise buying from this seller unless you are not in a rush and are happy not knowing when your unit will arrive. I've already explained the reasons via eBay massaging system. Unhappy client and negative feedback is always treated as a fail and are taken seriously.
