    A little lack of clarity when compared with the advert about delivery timeframes and didn't always receive consistent feedback on when I was going to receive the item. However the item was fantastic and well worth purchasing! Great quality and the team were always on hand when I did call.

    This item was ordered on 13 April with an estimated delivery date of 10 May. It is now 23 May and the item still hasn’t arrived. I have not received any notifications or updates with delivery dates/timescales. I have had to chase the seller several times. They promise to ring me back with delivery timescales but do not ring me back. This item still hasn’t arrived. I am very disappointed with the communication provided by Osprey.

    Waited almost 5 weeks before cancelling the order. Poor communication. Chased 3 times but no dates given for delivery. After I cancelled the seller sent a sacarastic message as if they were somehow the victim. I wouldn't advise buying from this seller unless you are not in a rush and are happy not knowing when your unit will arrive. Glad eBay had my back.
