Waited several days to see if the item was shipped. Inquired about it and then find three days later that the order was cancelled without a word, explanation or anything. Now I have to wait 3 to 5 days to get my money back as well. I will not deal with this seller again.

I received the laptop in working order with a great battery but it already had a generic account on it (which didn t have a password so im not complaining about that) but when i reset it to make my own account it wanted me to setup a work account because it was previously registered as a work laptop i was able to fix the issue by manually installing windows 11 via usb but it was abit of an annoyance
