took way to long to ship from seller. 13 days come on.

I got distracted and took too long to get this shipped. Buyer Received item but "changed mind" and returned to "Teach me a Lesson". I think he was hoping for me just to refund without sending item back to make this "Problem " go away. The buyer can keep item in this type of situation and refund. Nice perk to get an item for FREE , Right? Well enough. He received refund once I got the item back. All a Buyer has to do is contact me 1st to get ANY issue resolved. Don't try to game the System
