Paid immediately, goods marked as despatched two days later, after ten days still nothing arrived, contacted seller who told me he would resend, I pointed out difficult to resend goods that had never been sent in the first place. Refund was made end of a frustrating episode.

Why lie? You’ve been found out, and as we both know you never sent the goods as you never had them.
Presumably you order the goods from the wholesaler once you make the eBay sale mark it as despatched, string along the buyer until the goods arrive from the wholesaler and then post them onto the buyer. What a frustrating seller you are!
