Performs well
I've used the iRadar series from cobra before and it works just the same as the 500. Range and sensitivity are great for the price. With the app it allows you to customize the alerts and what type of sensitivity you want.

Worked for a whike
I used the easy cap back in 2010 and it worked right out of the box with little trouble. After about a week the device started to work on and off and then eventually it stopped working. I work with computers on a daily basis as a technician an I was unable to get this thing to start working again. I tried installing drivers, updating Windows, running Windows troubleshooting, running in multiple compatibility modes and on a 32 and 64 bit system.
