Canister arrived shattered even though packed very well. It must have been thrown several times!!! We have watched a delivery driver in our own driveway throw packages without a care in the world looking for ours. I am deeply sorry this happened & it wasn’t the sellers fault because it WAS packed VERY WELL!!!

I am so sorry to hear this! It is disappointing to get excited about a delivery only to find that it was destroyed in the shipping. We make every effort to get packages to their destination in one piece & are devastated when we hear the post office didn't take the same care. We looked to see if we had another one to ship as a replacement but unfortunately, we didn't. If you have pictures of the damage, we will certainly file a claim on your behalf and try to get you a full refund.
