I have 100% feedback, and am truly honest with giving feedback. This seller is disrespectful and mean in spirit. This bracelet she sent me is totally wrong but she won’t budge. It smells of bad metal and the “brass” is discolored compared to my other shining Lenore bracelets. I’m very sensitive to smell and am allergic to such. This bracelet is also very light in weight compared to my others. Can’t believe it’s a true Lenore. Horrible woman. Karma for you doll.

We have not been disrespectful or mean at all. This buyer is trying to defraud us and should be avoided. We have been nothing but polite to her while she has been attacking us with increasing belligerance and outrageous claims. She has several versions of this bracelet and wants to send back a damaged one. We photographed ours only weeks before selling and stand by the quality. We would not have mailed a defective item to a potential repeat customer and our feedback has been 100% positive.
